The interarrival jitter area is just a snapshot in the jitter at enough time of a report and isn't meant to be taken quantitatively. Relatively, it is intended for comparison across a number of experiences from a single receiver as time passes or from various receivers, e.g., within a solitary network, simultaneously. To allow comparison throughout
